Job summary

Community Development Partners, LLC. is seeking an Art Director who can define and drive the creative mood on campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media from their base in Bossier City.

You bring a decade of experience, time management discipline, and a track record of mission-driven delivery in full-time settings. You will translate data into decisions, lead concept reviews, and shepherd HTML/CSS work to meet exacting specs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Art Direction.
• Experience delivering in a full-time structure.
• Storytelling with data to inform decisions.
• Strong HTML/CSS proficiency and willingness to learn interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Pitch fresh concepts in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder presentations.
• Test headline rhythm by reading every option aloud before shipping one.
• Generate concepts for full-time campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned media.
• Hand engineering specs tight enough that the build matches the mock.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile.
• Steer a director review toward decisions instead of opinions about decisions.
• Choreograph photo shoots in Bossier City from shot list to retouched selects.
