Position: Art Director

Location: Candidates must reside within commuting distance to our Chicago or Dallas offices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Creative teams to develop concepts that meet objectives.
• Understand the Shopper Marketing discipline.
• Assist Senior Art Director in all aspects of creative execution, from concepts to production.
• Participate in new business presentations and spec work for potential clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Creative Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or advertising experience, preferably in agency shopper marketing or retail promotions.
• Proficiency in Mac software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, color, photography, logo, and typography skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions.
• Conscientious work ethic, organized, detail-oriented, innovative.

Additional Information
