We are looking for an Art Director to support our Marketing and Communications team with the ability to thoroughly understand the complexities of the consumer products retail industry and who can execute under pressure with a positive and respectfully assertive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept and develop new brand identities for future product lines (e.g., mood boards, logo design, mock-ups, etc.).
  • Talented designer with both print and digital skills (emphasis on digital design).
  • Create beautiful and visually engaging content for a variety of social platforms (Facebook posts, Pinterest images, blog images, Instagram posts, etc.).
  • Contribute to the creative development of our social media activations and post strategies.
  • Design various presentations and marketing materials to support trade show efforts and other marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Work with brand copywriter to concept storyboards for videos, campaigns, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere and individually.
  • Work with team to coordinate photo shoots and various productions.
  • Create style guides and brand standards.
  • Passion for photography a plus.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Knowledgeable of social media specifications and a portfolio of recent work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must enjoy working on a variety of brands with a fun team.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with concepting and creating brand identities from the ground up.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision and flexibility of shifting priorities.
  • Must enjoy being creative!
