Job summary

rEvolution is seeking an Art Director to craft thoughtful, strategic and compelling designs across platforms and media. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, you will concept, design, style and execute creative solutions to build and propel existing and new client relationships.

This hybrid role is based in our Chicago office with a global reach, requiring collaboration with the agency team to develop work, interpret briefs, and push the agency’s aesthetics to a higher level.

rEvolution is searching for a talented Art Director to craft thoughtful, strategic and compelling designs across a variety of platforms and media. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, you will concept, design, style and execute creative solutions to build and propel existing and new client relationships.

You Will:

• Partner and collaborate with the creative team, as well as integrated teammates throughout the agency, to concept, refine, and execute creative marketing across media
• Develop and present creative work
• Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
• Team up to push the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation
• Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace
• Take on additional duties that support the agency, department, and program goals
• Display an interest and enthusiasm for sports, fandom, events, and pop culture

You Have:

• A portfolio of produced work
• 2+ years experience working full-time within creative marketing—and bonus if you've worked in experiential marketing, designing large-scale graphics for footprints
• Stylish, contemporary, and flexible design ability
• An open mind and an eagerness to hear and incorporate feedback and revisions to push your work to a higher aesthetic
• Comfort across the Adobe Creative Suite
• Attention to detail and diligence balancing multiple projects simultaneously
• Savvy understanding of social media, promotions, advertising, and media
• Confidence in sharing and presenting your thinking and ideas
• Willingness to travel on occasion

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55-65K, and is eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus.
