Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology Technologists to join our team and provide quality diagnostic imaging services.

You will perform x-ray procedures, maintain strict radiation safety, document patient data, and support Medical Assistant duties as needed. Full-time roles include a rotating 36-40 hour schedule with weekend shifts; a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray testing and radiology procedures.
• Ensure proper radiation protection and safety procedures.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for procedures.
• Document patient data and vitals.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed.
