Job summary

ExecuSource, in Rogers, AR, seeks an ARRT Registered X-Ray Technologist for a full-time, direct-hire role in an orthopedic clinic. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no weekends or on-call, with a $2,500 retention bonus after six months.

Requires ARRT (R) certification, radiologic technology program graduate, and at least one year of diagnostic radiology experience. You will operate X-ray and C-Arm equipment and collaborate with physicians to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required.
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of diagnostic radiology experience.
• Experience operating X-ray and C-Arm equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in an orthopedic clinical setting.
• Operate digital X-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-Arm equipment.
• Prepare exam rooms and imaging equipment.
• Position patients safely while ensuring image quality.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and documentation.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic quality control.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
