HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the direction of the Medical Imaging leadership. You will ensure patient safety, verify orders and patient information, and manage documentation and charges in the Meditech system.

The role requires ARRT-R or RT certification, an associate degree, and the ability to respond quickly for on-call rotations.

Competenze

• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer certification (ARRT-R)
• Associate Degree required
• Must reside within 30 minutes of facility for on-call rotation

Mansioni

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures safely and proficiently
• Complete paperwork: scheduling, orders, logs, records and charges
• Use Meditech for exam ordering and documentation
• Verify correct exam and patient identity before procedures
• Obtain informed consent for contrast injections
• Assemble films, requisitions, and jacket for radiologist interpretation
• Obtain radiologist approval when contraindicators exist
• Respond promptly to inquiries and emergencies
• Adhere to department policies and government regulations
