HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe, a 330+ bed acute care facility in Conroe, TX, is seeking a Radiology Technologist ARRT to deliver quality imaging services including routine X-rays, portable exams and fluoroscopy. You will work as part of a collaborative imaging team to produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensure timely ordering and release of studies.

Required qualifications include ARRT registration, CMRT certification, Texas radiology education, and BLS; hospital experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology.
• Current registration with A.R.R.T. is required.
• Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• One year of hospital experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Scan and document images with proper labels.
• Resolve QA issues promptly.
• Release images to radiologists in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are valid and entered correctly.
• Transport patients as needed.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for the provision of Imaging Services to include the specialty areas of routine diagnostic x-rays, portable x-rays and fluoroscopy. What You Will Do In This Role:

• You will obtain quality diagnostic images.
• You will scan in labels and document appropriately.
• You will Resolve QA issues in a timely manner.
• You will ensure images are released to radiologists in a timely manner.
• You will ensure orders are valid and entered appropriately.
• You will transport patients as needed.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology is required.
• Current registration with A.R.R.T. is required.
• Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• One year of previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
