Local MD Clinical policy Urgent Care is seeking an X-Ray Tech in Melrose Park, IL to provide quality diagnostic images and patient support within their licensed scope. The role includes taking vitals, assisting with lab tasks, and contributing to accurate charting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Active ARRT Certification and Registration.
• Applicable state licensure (as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Taking Quality Xray images as ordered by the provider.
• Triage patients according to Local MD Clinical policy, including vitals and demographics.
• Assist Providers with procedures and document patient information in EMR.
• Complete patient charting within the scope of license and administer medications as directed by Provider.
• Call patients with lab results and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
