Job summary

Northfield Hospital + Clinics Mammography Technologist role delivers high-quality patient care, performing mammography and bone density scans with compassionate service. Responsibilities include preparing patients, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to MQSA/ACR standards.

The position is full time (.75-1.0 FTE) on days in Northfield, MN, with a wage range of $39.48–$55.73 per hour and a starting floor of $43.19 per hour.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in Radiography and Mammography.
• English proficiency for safe communication in healthcare.
• Initial CPI certification within six months of start.
• BLS certification enrolled in NH+C RQI program and completed within 90 days.
• Experience in mammography and MQSA/ACR standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care during mammography and bone density exams.
• Prepare patients, position correctly, and explain procedures clearly.
• Operate imaging equipment, ensure image quality, and perform routine QC.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and patient documentation.
• Stay current with continuing education and orient new staff.
