Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biology, neuroscience, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of scientific program and/or project management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex scientific programs or multi-center initiatives.
• Understanding of therapeutic development processes across preclinical and translational stages.
• Familiarity with regulatory, ethical, and compliance frameworks governing federally funded research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sustain the multi-institution consortium, onboarding performers and coordinating sub-agreements.
• Set reporting calendars and assemble progress reports for PI review and ARPA-H submission.
• Track program budgets, spending, and milestone-based payments across partners.
• Partner with the Lead PI on consortium strategy, priorities, and planning; prepare briefing materials.
• Serve as primary administrative contact for partner institutions and coordinate communications and events.
