Qualifications include a Finance/Accounting/Business Admin degree, government budgeting knowledge, and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, with excellent communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support to ARPA-H R&D programs.
• Perform financial tracking and analysis, including budget preparation and administration.
• Support solicitation preparation and management.
• Track deliverables, milestones, schedules, and calendars.
• Develop, organize, forecast, and maintain financial budgets.
