Job description

• Removes dirty dishes, flatware, and glassware from guest tables and transfers them from the dining room to the dish area
• Cleans and sanitizes guest tables between visits
• Restocks condiments as needed
• Disposes of trash
• Assists in the service flow throughout the restaurant
• Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Assists in overall restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
• May complete other tasks such as refilling beverages, running food, etc.
• Complete other job duties as assigned by the Manager or KM
