Tom Trese Networking LLC in Washington seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based practice. The role operates within a team-based care model and collaborates with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care across diverse populations.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington state.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48-hour timelines, 95%+).
• Complete fee slips with proper coding.
• Meet productivity expectations (min 3,400 encounters/year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management and peer review.
• Support clinical education of student NP/other staff.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, diversity, BBP, harassment).
