Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington. The role supports a patient-centered, team-based model with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.

The position emphasizes autonomy in clinical decision-making, teaching patients, and ensuring timely charting. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ARNP program graduate required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in WA required.
• Prescriptive authority in WA required.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate chart documentation within 48 hours (95%+).
• Meet productivity expectations (min 3,400 encounters/year full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Support clinical education of students and staff.
