Job summary

Sterling St James Inc. in Washington state is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic.

The part-time, permanent ARNP collaborates with physicians and nursing staff in a PCMH model, delivers comprehensive primary care, conducts teaching, and maintains timely documentation. Relocation assistance is available. Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have ARNP program completion.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority in WA required.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting required.
• Minor surgical techniques experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments within ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
