Red River Youth Academy in Norman, Oklahoma, seeks an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide psychiatric and medical care to adolescents in our residential program. Under the Medical Director, you will conduct evaluations, history and physicals, and follow-up care from intake through discharge.

You will document in EMRs, collaborate with therapists and physicians, and help ensure treatment plan integrity.

Qualifikationen

• MSN/APRN or equivalent license recognized by the Oklahoma State Board.
• Experience in adolescent psychiatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation and collaboration skills required.

Aufgaben

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and history/physical assessments for patients.
• Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate weekly with Medical Director to review treatment plans and program integrity.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMRs.
• Work with therapists, physicians and staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Comply with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Support compliance with state, federal and JCAHO regulations.
