Chai Urgent Care in Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver medical care to a wide variety of patients. You will care for patients, maintain accurate records, and work as part of a team with nurses and physicians.

You will perform initial patient screenings, take histories and physical examinations, analyze test data, and determine follow-up needs. You will provide ongoing care information and guidance for patients with critical conditions.

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records. The successful candidate will work as a team with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.
