Job summary

A defense contracting firm is seeking a Training Support Center Specialist/Technician to support the Army National Guard's training programs in Camp Ripley, MN. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in training support operations. Responsibilities include providing training center support, certifying operators, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. This position requires a DoD SECRET Clearance and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs.
• Valid licensing and training required by state and federal laws to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training center support operations.
• Support TADSS training and operations at each training center.
• Conduct complete groupings of instruction and briefings.
• Certify new operators and track annual recertification.
