Job summary

Core Government Services is seeking subject matter experts to support U.S. Army Mission Command and Warfighting training at the Fort Riley Mission Training Complex.

The role develops training solutions, plans and executes unit-level training, and mentors staff while staying current with doctrinal and technological trends. Candidates should have extensive instructional development experience, Army training exposure, and a background in operations at Brigade or higher echelons, plus an active DoD

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of technology-based training methods and use of off-the-shelf tools and systems.
• Familiar with US Army Doctrine Multi-Domain Operations and Mission Command.
• U.S. citizen; active DoD Secret or higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and training solutions for Army mission command training.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute unit collective training from Battalion to Corps.
• Mentor or observer/trainer role as needed; gather observations for AARs.
