Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Be certified as a JROTC instructor through U.S. Army Cadet Command.
• Possess the qualifications prescribed in Cadet Command Regulation 145-2.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the JROTC program according to law, regulations, polices, and procedures.
• Plan instructional activities reflecting diverse learning styles and student needs.
• Implement accommodations and modify instruction to improve learning outcomes.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed in all cadet activities.
• Assess student learning styles and tailor instructional activities accordingly.
• Coordinate with staff to establish instructional goals and methods.
• Lead and supervise JROTC extracurricular activities and events.
• Be a positive role model aligning with district and Army values.
