Job summary

Kwaan Bear Technology Solutions, LLC (KBTS) is seeking a Contracts Management Specialist to provide acquisition support and contract execution oversight for Army IT systems. The specialist will assist the Government Contracts Manager and PMO across the acquisition life cycle, including pre-award and post-award activities.

The role requires knowledge of FAR/DFARS/AFARS, experience tracking CDRLs, and coordinating with government personnel to ensure timely contract actions and compliance with PWS

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant contract management experience.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and AFARS.
• Ability to develop, review, and coordinate acquisition requirements packages.
• Experience tracking CDRL deliverables and government reviews.
• Ability to coordinate multiple acquisition actions with government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract execution oversight and monitor performance against PWS.
• Track CDRL deliverables and government reviews.
• Maintain Acquisition and Case trackers with milestones and funding actions.
• Coordinate contract modifications and award documentation.
• Support pre-award and post-award activities for procurements.
• Support acquisitions through GWACs, IDIQs, GSA Schedules, BPAs.
• Develop market research reports and RFIs per FAR Part 10.
• Prepare Acquisition Requirements Packages for review and approval.
• Apply FAR/DFARS/AFARS and PEO C3T policies.
• Utilize PL AIT contract vehicles to acquire IT systems.
