Job summary

Cognito Systems is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer to support the U.S. Army H2F program at Ft. Rucker in Daleville, AL.

This on-site role contributes to a major human performance initiative and works within an interdisciplinary team to drive measurable outcomes in readiness and performance. The position emphasizes prevention, injury management, and rehabilitation for military personnel, with opportunities to leverage CIMT tools and contribute to improved ACFT pass rates and overall soldier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from CAATE-accredited program.
• Passing score from the BOC for Athletic Trainer.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Deliver prevention-focused care, acute injury management, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team (PTs, strength & conditioning coaches, dietitians, cognitive performance experts, OTs).
• Support soldier readiness by addressing physical, mental, nutritional, sleep, and spiritual domains.
