Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise applications.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Active Security+ certification and DoD/Army network familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure software and mentor engineers.
• Design React front-ends and Spring Boot services for rugged devices.
• Deploy apps in Azure with Docker/Kubernetes for mission-critical systems.
• Integrate RFID/Army logistics hardware and enable edge devices.
• Engage Army stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Design for cybersecurity, performance, reliability, and interoperability.
• Lead agile backlogs and guide sprint deployments.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver mission software from concept to fielding.
