You will train on VBS gaming simulations and systems like CPCE, CPOF, MMC, JBCP or FBCB2, loading equipment, configuring networks, and developing realistic scenarios. With 5+ years as a Soldier and a readiness focus, you will collaborate across departments to expand capabilities, ensure doctrinal accuracy, and help raise soldier

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Soldier in the U.S. Army, Reserve, or National Guard.
• Experience developing and delivering training.
• Knowledge of VBS and C2IS (CPCE, MMC, JBCP, FBCB2, etc.).
• Basic networking and IP configuration, and Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver doctrinally correct, rigorous training for Soldiers.
• Training on VBS and C2IS for PME courses; load/unload equipment and configure systems.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to expand capabilities.
• Help increase unit readiness and soldier survivability.
