Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Army.
• 4+ years of experience leading training.
• 4+ years of experience developing exercises.
• 4+ years of experience delivering exercise support.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Games for Training such as VBS3.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support LSCO, Counter Explosive Hazard, and Counter UAS training development and facilitation for Army missions.
• Develop and execute home station training strategies across assets and delivery methods.
• Provide stand-up classroom instruction.
• Coordinate with Garrison and State activities to improve facilities, ranges and Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), including Army Games for Training (GFT).
• Coordinate with commanders to plan virtual and live training.
• Deliver specialized education for Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), biometrics, explosive hazards, homemade explosives (HME), site exploitation, intelligence support, Counter-small UAS (C-sUAS), and movement and maneuver.
• Understand interrelationship between hybrid, asymmetric, and War Fighting Functions.
• Assist with planning virtual and live training across multiple sites.
