Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a System of Systems Integration & Test Lead with deep expertise in Army-focused operations to drive SoS test strategies for advanced C4I capabilities under FMS programs.

You will translate operational requirements into comprehensive test objectives, develop TEMP/ITP and RTMs, and guide systems through SETR reviews, partnering with government and industry teams to deliver verifiable solutions across Indo-Pacific security cooperation initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years in Army-focused systems engineering, integration, or test & evaluation.
Experience developing and executing SoS test strategies for complex C4I/defense systems.
Experience translating operational needs into test objectives and verification activities.
Experience developing TEMP, ITP, System Test Plans, or RTMs.
Secret clearance is required.
