Job summary

Bizzell Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager to develop, implement, and enforce the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for a DoD base contract. You will perform rigorous inspections, track systemic issues, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure services meet the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

You will serve as the technical link to the COR and QA personnel, ensuring compliance with FAR clauses and ACC guidelines across multiple Army facilities including HQ, DFACs, and motor pools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Quality Control for Army/DoD contracts.
• Ability to enforce FAR clauses, ACC guidelines, and PWS metrics.
• Strong inspection/documentation discipline and government liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the approved QCP in full compliance with FAR, ACC guidelines, and PWS metrics.
• Conduct daily inspections of Army footprints (HQ, barracks, DFACs, motor pools, fitness centers).
• Maintain digital inspection records for the contract duration for rapid COR/QA review.
• Draft Corrective Action Plans and respond to Government Inspection Reports within contractual hours.
• Coordinate with COR and BOS during validations or audits.
• Conduct joint site-walks to reconcile cleanliness scores and service frequencies.
• Submit weekly deficiency trackers, monthly trend reports, and safety audits to PM team.
