Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and preventive measures.
• Monitor production quality and validate specifications.
• Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and manage corrective actions.
• Maintain safety programs per EM 385-1-1 and OSHA/DOD standards.
• Provide field information to prepare estimates for contract work.
• Maintain Government Furnished Property management.
• Ensure compliance with security and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
