Job summary

Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) seeks an International Arms Control Treaties and Agreements Analyst to support AF/A10, providing subject matter expertise to ensure treaty compliance, policy development, and training materials for current and future treaties.

The role is full-time onsite at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC, requiring a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of relevant experience; a master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, national security studies, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with implementation and compliance activities of arms control treaties and agreements.
• Experience forming strong working relationships across the Services and interagency.
• Familiarity with Air Staff, Joint Staff, and OSW duties related to treaty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, analysing, and staffing official DAF policy and position statements on treaty-related issues.
• Conduct assessments to ensure DAF-wide compliance with applicable arms control agreements and support inspections readiness.
• Plan, schedule, and support arms control treaty-related exercises and inspections.
• Draft background materials for A10 Front Office leadership.
• Develop and manage education and training materials including modules and handbooks.
