Job summary
Baker Hughes is seeking an ARMO Supervisor to lead maintenance on oilfield equipment in our Houston, TX operations. You will perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on flexible pipe systems, troubleshoot issues, and document activities in accordance with engineering standards.
You will supervise technicians, provide technical guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or repair roles, preferably in marine or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Hydraulic training and ability to manage pressures up to 20k psi and build hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on flexible pipe systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, determine repairs or replacements.
- Document findings and report to ARMO Shop Manager; maintain maintenance logs.
