Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking an ARMO Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair of oilfield equipment, including flexible pipe systems. You will perform functional testing, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and compliance while guiding junior technicians in a dynamic shop environment.

Strong mechanical skills, hydraulic system expertise, and the ability to manage tasks and documentation are essential. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a path toward advanced ARMO roles

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or repair roles in industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical skills.
• Ability to lead, guide junior technicians, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair flexible pipe systems and related equipment.
• Perform functional and pressure testing per criteria; document results.
• Operate test equipment in compliance with standards and safety rules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure accurate maintenance logs and inventory tracking.
