Job Title: Instructional Aide - Armleder Campus

Employment Status: Part-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

Reports to: Principal, Armleder Campus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Start Date: August 2025, Following the school calendar

Job Summary: Support classroom teacher in all aspects of running an elementary classroom.

Essential Job Functions:

• Act in a supportive role to classroom teacher, assisting with administrative tasks, classroom management, and student instruction.
• Supervise large and small groups of children.
• Nurture young children in their faith.
• Keep the classroom neat, clean, and organized.
• Work with small groups of children to facilitate their learning.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

• High school diploma.
• Experience in Elementary Education or teaching degree in Elementary Education with current State of Ohio certification.
• Prior teaching experience, preferred.
• Leader in Me -- 7 Habits.
• Responsive Classroom.
• Must be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a diverse Christian community.
• Must have a current State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit prior to start date (if no current State of Ohio teaching certification).
