Job summary

Loomis- is seeking a Vault Teller to join its cash vault operations in New Mexico. You will work with a team to maintain inventory for Loomis customers, handling bags, cash, and coins with strict accuracy.

Your day includes verifying bag seals, counting items, signing receipts, loading and unloading cargo, and communicating clearly with teammates and customers while upholding security standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry bags and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to count, balance, and record numbers on receipts and reports.
• Must meet handgun license/permit or Security Officer Commission requirements per state.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and operate in a vault-like environment.
• Walk between vaults, bins, booths and counters during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check identifying numbers or seals on bags against receipts/manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign and date receipts/manifests.
• Load/unload wagons or carts with bags/boxes of coin.
• Sort cargo items by route.
• Communicate verbally with co-workers and customers via telephone.
