Job summary

Loomis US is hiring an Armed Vault Custodian in Greenville, SC to maintain cash vault inventories and support Loomis customers. You will work with a team to ensure accurate handling of deposits and coin shipments while adhering to safety and firearms requirements.

This role offers stable hours and potential for growth within a nationwide company. The position is a full-time, hourly role with a typical 40–50 hour week, 2PM–10PM shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Load/unload bags and currency weighing up to ~50 lbs during long shifts.
• Ability to stand/walk for majority of shift in a vault environment.
• Compliance with firearms requirements and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check identifying numbers or seals on bags against receipts/manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign receipts and manifests.
• Load/unload wagons with bags/boxes of coin.
• Sort cargo items by route.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers by phone.
