Triumph Protection Group in Sacramento, CA, is seeking an Armed Uniformed Security Agent for a part-time, on-call position. You will protect people and property, observe and report suspicious activity, and respond to emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.

Requirements include a High school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, valid CA Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit, and security guard training. Two years of experience are preferred.

Job Summary

The Uniformed Armed Agent will protect people and property from possible criminal activity.By providing a high level of customer services to the Client. Agents prevent, observe, and report any unusual or suspicious activities according with site specific and post orders or special operations procedures. Armed Agents must feel comfortable responding to medical emergencies, bomb threats, hazards, fires and more. As well as, assisting local law enforcement agencies when needed.

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Patrols and monitors an assigned area; reports suspicious activities to local authorities.
• Monitors surveillance cameras, inspects property, and monitors crowds.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include:

• Must be able to perform duties that require extended periods of physical activity depending on the assigned post
• Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods of time (up to 8–12 hours), sometimes in varying weather conditions
• Ability to sit for long durations while maintaining focus and awareness of surroundings
• Ability to patrol the property on foot and access areas quickly, including walking on uneven surfaces
• Must be able to walk or climb stairs frequently, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and respond quickly in emergency situations
• Vision and hearing must be sufficient to observe and respond to incidents, including during nighttime or low-light conditions
• Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment.
