Qualifications

Valid Law Enforcement Officer License required.
Armed Guard Card/License preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background screening per federal/state/local laws.

State/local licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while following security procedures.
Conduct regular armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, stations, and perimeter locations to deter incidents and report hazards.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and security concerns in a calm, professional manner.
Handle and manage assigned equipment per laws, licensing, post orders, and policies.
Prepare clear reports of observations and actions and communicate with supervisors.
