Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at transit facilities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of stations, platforms, transit yards, buildings, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following post orders and requirements.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry, report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Maintain proficiency with assigned equipment, including firearms, and complete accurate reports.
