Job summary

A leading security services provider in Downtown Portland is seeking an Armed Security Supervisor for full-time responsibilities. You will lead a security team, provide armed visual security, and collaborate with local law enforcement to maintain a safe environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in military or law enforcement, an armed security license, and must be at least 21 years old. Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Extensive background in Military or Law Enforcement, or a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or Security Administration.
• Armed Security License and valid state driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the security team.
• Plan and manage scheduling, performance reports, and training.
• Operate in uniform with radio communications.
• Provide armed visual security to respond to threats.
• Collaborate with Portland Police Bureau and report criminal activities.
• Maintain daily logs and file incident reports.
• Adhere to Oregon State law and DPSST certification standards.
