A leading security services provider in Downtown Portland is seeking an Armed Security Supervisor for full-time responsibilities. You will lead a security team, provide armed visual security, and collaborate with local law enforcement to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications
High school education or equivalent (GED).
Extensive background in Military or Law Enforcement, or a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or Security Administration.
Armed Security License and valid state driver’s license with a clean MVR.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Able to pass an extensive screening process.
Responsibilities
Lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the security team.
Plan and manage scheduling, performance reports, and training.
Operate in uniform with radio communications.
Provide armed visual security to respond to threats.
Collaborate with Portland Police Bureau and report criminal activities.
Maintain daily logs and file incident reports.
Adhere to Oregon State law and DPSST certification standards.
