GardaWorld is hiring an Armed Security Supervisor for the downtown Portland area. This full-time role oversees daily security assignments, scheduling, reporting and staff development to maintain a safe environment.

You will provide armed security, document concerns, and coordinate with the district and Portland Police Bureau, within GardaWorld’s stated boundaries. The position requires prior military, law enforcement, or armed-guard experience and DPSST certification.

Qualifications

• Armed security or military/law enforcement experience.
• Ability to lead staff and schedule work.
• DPSST certification and continued training in de-escalation and crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security assignments, scheduling, reporting and staff development.
• Provide armed security presence and document concerns.
