Job summary

Arizona Charlie's, LLC is seeking an Armed Security Supervisor to lead a team of Security Officers, ensuring safety and integrity across the property. You will implement security procedures, train staff, and coordinate daily operations to protect guests and assets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring operations, incident reporting, and maintaining high standards of protection and guest service. A pre-employment screening and firearms qualifications are required for armed duties.

Qualifications

• 2 years of law enforcement, military, EMT, or related experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility in security or protective services.
• Ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs and shift schedules.
• Committed to upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Basic understanding of department KPIs, labor management, or guest service standards.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Familiarity with incident reporting software programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching department staff to promote strong performance and service consistency.
• Monitor and support daily operations to ensure alignment with safety protocols and guest satisfaction goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for resolving team member or guest concerns, escalating as needed.
• Patrol casino and hotel premises to ensure safety of guests, team members, and assets.
• Guard transfers of money and tokens on the casino floor including chip fills and credits.
• Escort armored car personnel and secure high-risk areas.
• Respond to incidents, injuries, illnesses, or suspicious activity.
• Preserve scenes of criminal activity for investigation by law enforcement or internal teams.
• Complete detailed and timely incident and patrol reports.
• Support administrative functions like attendance tracking, supplies, reporting.
• Assist with payroll processes, scheduling adjustments, and labor compliance as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls, Title 31 and federal regulations where applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service promptly to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
