Job summary

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor Armed to lead security operations across our casino and hotel property. You will supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate a team of Security Officers while enforcing all safety protocols and gaming regulations.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in security-related work, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of law enforcement, military, EMT, or related experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility in security or protective services.
• Ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Commitment to upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching department staff to promote strong performance and service consistency.
• Patrol casino and hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and assets.
• Provide incident response and prepare detailed reports for review by management or law enforcement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll processes, scheduling adjustments, and labor compliance as directed by department management.
