Cambridge Security Services is seeking an Armed Security Officer for an upscale country club community in Delray Beach. The role involves armed foot/vehicle patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and detailed reporting to ensure safety and exceptional service for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate must hold Florida D and G licenses, be 21+, pass background checks, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass background screening and drug test.
• Must pass mental health assessment and be able to obtain Florida D&G licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and exterior).
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for constant site awareness.
• Sound alarms or call 911 in emergencies or when unauthorized persons are present.
• Respond promptly to incidents and disturbances on the property.
• Verify guest/vendor credentials and monitor entrances/exits.
• Enforce property rules and post orders.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain daily logs.
• Provide courteous, high-level customer service to residents and guests.
• Act as a visible deterrent to crime and maintain a safe environment.
