• Ability to lead and assign day‑to‑day responsibilities to the team.
• Uniformed and radio‑equipped to communicate with officers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise and evaluate security crew performance.
• Prepare incident reports and daily logs.
• Coordinate with Portland Police Bureau and DPSST standards.
• Provide armed visual security and rapid response to calls.
