Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must have ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to support larger complexes with higher on-site PSOs.
• Accountable to the Contract Manager for all aspects of security operations and performs all facility requirements as per the contract.
• Maintain responsibility for post accountability and post coverage.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Serve as liaison to clients at each facility.
• Ensure consistent day-to-day performance of an alert, professional staff.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled post inspections.
• Review post activity logs and incident reports.

Education
