Fortified Risk Group is seeking an Armed Security Agent in Plano, TX. This safety-sensitive role protects people and assets, patrols the site, and reports incidents to management. In-person work with day, night, and weekend shifts ensures continuous coverage.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time arrangements. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, and a referral program. Requires Armed Security License and 3 years in law enforcement or military.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years law enforcement experience required.
• 3 years military experience required.
• Armed Security License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of world-class customer service and security operations to all clients.
• Protect the business’ property, staff, and the environment by keeping the location secure.
• Apprehend trespassers and remove people who violate location rules.
• Report suspicious incidences to management in detail.
• Act lawfully in defense of property, staff and environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, building, and perimeter.
