Qualifications

• US citizen with social security number and valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile patrol and rapid response to suspicious activity and safety hazards.
• Perform highly visible, alert patrol and/or static security tasks.
• Deter criminal activity through visible presence and contact with the public.
• Respond to dispatch calls to investigate, mitigate, or stop incidents.
• Manage crime scenes and collect incident details and evidentiary information.
• Enforce access and property control policies at gates and lobbies.
• Complete reports and paperwork promptly.
• Provide first aid and assist during emergencies as necessary.
• Wear protective body armor as part of the duty uniform.
• Maintain training requirements and weapons qualifications.
• Work is typically in a busy office environment with long periods of sitting or walking.
