• Report incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies promptly.
• Provide customer service and problem-solving to clients.
• Enforce company and client policies and procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and complete daily activity logs.
• Work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions and overtime when required.
