Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for a financial institution site in Hammond, LA. The role runs day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, paying $18.00 per hour with weekly pay.

First interview will be a phone interview and prior armed experience is preferred. You will serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education, performing safety procedures, incident response, and site patrols.

Qualifications

• 21 or older.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experienced being armed or comfortable becoming armed.
• Current armed license will have first consideration.
• Armed guard experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years of security experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
