Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Site Supervisor for a site in Buffalo, NY. The role oversees the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at the client site. Starting pay is $28.00 per hour. Candidates must hold a valid NYS armed guard license and have at least one year of armed security experience, plus a valid NYS driver's license. The position emphasizes staffing, training, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
• Must possess one or more of the following: active military, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets, 1 year supervisory security experience, or an associate's degree+

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all Allied Universal personnel at the site
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates
• Make recommendations on security-related post orders and cost-reduction opportunities
